At Nelsons Solicitors Falkirk Limited, we have been providing trusted legal advice and representation since 1990. Based conveniently in Camelon, Falkirk, we offer expert services in criminal law, family law, road traffic offences, wills, powers of attorney, executries, and children's hearings.
Gordon Addison
Director
Gordon is the head of our Criminal Department.
He graduated from Aberdeen University in 1987. He completed his traineeship in Edinburgh, was a partner in another local firm before acquiring the business of Nelsons Solicitors in 1996.
He has over 30 years’ experience and has a nationwide reputation as a determined, principled and successful defence lawyer. He also heads our private client department providing assistance with Wills, Powers of Attorney and Executry work.
Andrew Bryson
Director
Andy is the head of Family Law Department.
He was admitted as a solicitor in 1990. He has worked at Nelsons since 1999. Initially working in our criminal law department, he now runs our family law department and still assists the criminal department.
He has a broad range of experience in all aspects of family law and is well known for his kind, thoughtful approach. He is a court appointed Child Welfare Reporter.
Mark Fallon
Associate Solicitor
Criminal Department
Mark has over 14 years experience and has built up a wealth of experience defending clients in all types of criminal law.
He has worked at Nelsons since 2019.
His skilful advocacy and knowledge of the law regularly ensures a positive outcome for clients.
Corrine Wilson
Solicitor
Family Law Department
Following completion of her traineeship Corrine worked locally in both criminal and family law.
Corrine joined Nelsons at the start of 2025 and is building a good working relationship with clients and other solicitors alike.
Corrine also undertakes children’s hearings and assists in the criminal department.
Jeanie Wilkie
Paralegal & Office Manager
Family Law Department
Jeanie has worked at Nelsons since 1990 when the business opened. Qualified as a conveyancing paralegal in 1991. In 2008 transferred to the family law department and now assists Andrew Bryson.
Assists Gordon Addison with our private clients in the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and the administration of executries.
